Ikea promises so many things. Affordable and stylish furniture. But the sad truth is that affordable means no customer service at all. I don't know if this only concerns Ikea Ghent (Belgium), but I couldn't believe how they treated me there. I've spent so much money there and everything was too much to ask. Nobody wanted to help me with a problem, it was too difficult to search a solution together. One woman literally said to me What do you expect, that I use magic? Eum, excuse me, so rude! I'm really disappointed and I swear this is the last time I went shopping in Ikea. You lost yourself a +6000€ customer, way to go Ikea!
