I didn't have a clue, but apparently, Kristin Davis has received the Wyler Award from the Humane Society of the United States for her work in helping to safe orphaned African elephants. Such a great cause, congrats Kristin!

Windows Power Expansion

Last night was one of the worst nights ever: I was prepping myself to go out with my friends, viewing some Black Swan pictures (more specifically some Mila Kunis pics),... and then IT happened. IT = Windows Power Expansion. Being a real fool, I thought it was my antivirus program alerting me for a virus, so I clicked. Yes, I clicked. Way to go. What followed was a Carrie Bradshow computer freak out, yet again: my sweet, pink vaio was taken over by a really nasty virus :( Instead of going out, I spent my night frantically searching for a solution. After 10 hours of non-stop freaking out, my Vaio finally got better again, and together we banned the nasty bugs! I just wanted to inform you for this incredibly shitty virus called Windows Power Expansion. You just have to click once, and it's already to late: you can't do shit with your pc, since the virus blocks every single program you're trying to open. I HATE VIRUSES !! And now I'm afraid to watch pics on google :( Mila Kunis sure is dangerous! At least, her pics are.

Fortunately, my hell of a night was compensated by a afternoon picknick on the beach with lots of guacamole♥, so heavenly!

Madrid with Mom

My weekend spent in Madrid with my mom was truly perfection!

Dirty Dancing - Capoeira Nights

Normally I hate sequels. Because they stink big time. But I've made an exception for Dirty Dancing. And that's actually kinda weird, since the original Dirty Dancing is one of my all time favorites. But then came Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights along, and I kinda fell in love with it. It might have to do with the fact that I'm a sucker for all things latin and all things Diego Luna ;) I love the fact that both movies stand apart, but that at the same time, the second movie still incorporates a lot of allusions to the first movie, that are sometimes only noticed by the die-hard fans among us. When I first saw the title of the following clip, I thought the Dirty Dancing duo would become a trilogy, but I'm kinda glad that it's just a parody :) It's actually kinda lame, but I can't help myself, I just love parodies, lame or not :)

God, those Scream movies remind me so much of my childhood :D I remember watching them with a bunch of friends, scaring the hell out of each other :) I think I might check Scream 4 out, for old times sake! And because Hayden and Emma are in it :) And let's not forget about Adam Brody♥ No seriously, it actually looks kinda good! Let's hope it will be more like the original Scream, and less like 2 and 3! xx

P.S. I've such exciting new to share with you! I just found out that I've received a scholarship to go study a Master of Mexican Literature in Puebla, Mexico. I'm beyound excited! Actually I'm totally flipping out right now :D I'll be leaving at the end of august untill the end of december xx

Christian Lacroix for Desigual

Christian Lacroix will design two collections for Desigual. The first one, a thirty piece collection with ethnical influences, will be available in fall/winter 2011.
