Veronica Guerin

If one person deserves his/her own movie, it's Veronica Guerin. A woman so brave that she single-handedly began the war on drugs in Dublin. She has to be one of the most courageous human beings that have existed. Maybe it was hubris or maybe she knew that she wasn't gonna survive this. But Veronica was so brave that she saw the bigger picture. She wanted to give everything up for a better Dublin, a better Ireland. Respect. They couldn't have picked a better actress than Cate Blanchett to portray her. A very moving movie. And after all those years, unfortunately still a very actual movie.
