Urban Outfitters III

So I was so pissed off at Urban Outfitters. On Christmas day, I ordered a beautiful coat. 15 days later I get an email to tell that my order has shipped without the coat. I was so angry about this, and they didn't even explain it to me properly. After I threatened to put a complaint on my blog, I suddenly got an extensive answer. It's a pity that I had to threaten first, but afterwards I have to admit that they were very friendly. They gave me a proper answer and a little discount. So, I think I might forgive you on this one, Urban Outfitters! In the meantime, I placed a new order n_n ♥
